Mary R-D and I are flying early into Roma (Thursday am arrival) and will be touring our hearts out until we leave for Montisi on Saturday morning.
My ticket, from Orlando, on Delta was $1023. I fly directly through after getting to Atlanta. Thank God I didn't book on Alitalia. However, they were the partnered company and I don't know who is flying me there now...
We are also departing from early Saturday morning, so will have to leave Montisi on Friday afternoon and spend the night in Rome.
I have been taking Italian classes and could actually read and understand the Italian version of the website for the additional rooms for the trip!

How long have you been taking lessons? I am amusing myself while doing dishes and other mindless tasks by making sentences with the words I've learned, but I've only been doing it a couple of weeks so I'm not quite ready to have a real conversation. I'm great at the alphabet!
Georgia -- Are you going to the Oct.4-11 retreat? And what happened to Alitalia? I haven't heard anything!
