Travel Tip - pack light!

I was listening to "Story of the Day" NPR podcasts on my walk this morning and heard an interview with the author of www.onebag.com, "the art and science of traveling light." Also helpful is the packing list. For the list obsessed, there's even a detailed packing list, which while extensive, contains mostly small things you might want to have with you.

Fortunately for us, the Villa Maddalena is equipped with many things. Feel free to check with us about anything you wonder about. We received a detailed list of rules and conduct from the owner yesterday and we'll share what we feel is relevant (rather than bog you down with all 46 pages!).
