As Phyllis posted on the blog, Deb, Phyllis and Mary Jane are flying out of Dulles non stop on Oct. 3rd. Deb and Mary Jane are returning on the 19th, staying over in Rome on the 18th. My understanding is there is no flight out of Rome in the late afternoon or night for flying into DC area.
therefore we have to stay overnight in Rome.
I went to AAA, made phone calls and checked on the internet for prices and schedules. Then I went back to the notes Jill and Susan had sent us and decided to call the Villa Maddalena recommendation of a travel agent. This was the best deal. I would advise anyone to call and speak with Camille, extension 228, 1-800-788-0829, tracy@travelteam.com.
They will hold you ticket for a week, you do not have to leave your credit card number. Camille was very helpful and probably by now knows about our group going. Good Luck to all.
