Look for travel specific info here after Labor Day. For those of you still arranging travel: our recommendation is that you catch the 11:12am or 12:55pm train out of Rome to Sinalunga on Saturd
ay (there's also a 1:12pm). We'll be watching the train schedule and let you know if there is a change in departure time as the dates get closer. We will post specific instructions for the train that you can carry with you. We'll also help you coordinate travel with other Y2Knit Travelers. Stay tuned--we have travel and what to bring information coming your way soon!Trains from Sinalunga on the departure Saturday will get you to Rome about 1pm, earliest.
What about Euros? We recommend obtaining about $200 worth of Euros to carry with you, which may cover most of your needs (I say that, not knowing how much wine you plan to drink). You can purchase a train ticket with a credit card, as you can most anything. There is a bank machine in Montisi for getting more cash should you need it.
