Thanks to the patient guidance and encouragement from Susan—“Everyone makes mistakes, we can fix that,”
And sage advice from Mary Jane—“Put it down, honey, and do something else for a while, then come back to it and it will look different,”
And coaching from Sandy who showed me how to do stitches which can be so easy and I was making them so hard,
And my sister’s helpful crocheting for a finishing edge,
And my husband’s suggestion to follow the rule of Occam’s razor which roughly translated is “all other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best,”
I completed my Bit of Italy. And now on to the next challenge.
