Somehow I thought we were not supposed to bind off on roots and branches but leave them on waste yarn or a stitch holder. That is what I did, but the tail I left is not long enough to now go back and bind off the last yarn. Any suggestions as to what I should do? Susan in Sonoma

Just leave it and you can bind it off later or use a separate piece of yarn. Sorry for causing confusion.
