swirls and ridges

I agree with Fae--I cannot get this stitch count to come out correctly. I am doing the first size and should have 64 stitches at all times. The first swirl section is 21, the rib section is 22, and the last swirl is 21--is that correct? If so, these rows do not work properly. When will the new chart, be published? Help!!! Susan in Sonoma
