Swirls and Garter Straightened out

Sometimes it just takes picking up the needles . . . . I couldn't see where the problem was, but it was IMMEDIATELY apparent when I cast on.

So Susan will post a new page 1, but here are the corrections:

RS Setup: Beg (20 sts) : K4, (p2, k2) 4x , PM
Garter Rib [20 (24) (28) (32) sts]: (p2, k2) 5 (6) (7) (8)x, PM
End (22 sts): (p2, k2) 4x, p2, k4

And then it should all go swimmingly.

How big of a difference will it make if I cast on 64 stitches and used the chart rather than restarting with 62? The set up row was fine and I have completed one rep.
Just have to be different! :)
